Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?
Sentry Mini Storage is a leader in the industry and has services for both the household and business customer.
Are there moving trucks available to use?
Sentry Mini Storage is a Complete U-Haul Truck and Trailer Rental Center. We offer Local and One-way Rentals on all Trucks, Trailers and Auto Transports. Please call for Reservation details.
Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Sentry Mini Storage?
Yes. Sentry Mini Storage offers a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies.
Do you have moving carts available?
Our facility does have units with access through a hallway and we do maintain an inventory of push carts that may be used free of charge. If you find yourself renting an inside unit and need a push cart, please let the Front Office know and they will be happy to assist you.
What does “On-site” manager mean and does Sentry Mini Storage have one?
Yes. An “On-site” manager means that an employee has an apartment on-site as part of the facility.
Do you have video cameras?
Sentry Mini Storage does use video cameras as a security measure at both of our locations. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.
Can anybody drive onto the property or do you need a PIN number?
Our facilities do have an electric gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
What is climate control?
Climate control is a feature that we offer at our storage facility. Our Climate controlled units maintain a temperature between 75-85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.
What is a roll up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from the outside. An indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside a hallway to access your unit.
What kind of security do you have?
Sentry Mini Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state of the art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well lit facilities. Personal locks are available for purchase.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
We accept all Major Credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover card.
What are the payment terms?
Sentry Mini Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month to month but we also offer the flexibility of long term leases and we are happy to offer pre-payment discounts; ask for details. We also offer Auto Pay. We can automatically charge your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or the Check card of your choice on the 1st of every month. Free of charge.
What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide variety of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x5, or 25 sq. ft., to 12x30, or 360 Sq. ft. with a variety of sizes in between. Our store personnel are trained to help assist you in determining the size that is right for you.
